1. Recording studio time starts at the time the session is booked for, not when the client arrives. The client may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the session start to load in any equipment.

2. If the recording session balance is not paid in full at the end of a session, no audio files will be bounced, burned or emailed. If services are being provided remotely, payment must be made within 5 days of completion of work.

3. Any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed recording session must be made with at least 48 hours notice or the client will be charged for 2 hours of studio time. This must be paid prior to booking any new sessions. Any cancellation or rescheduling made by Tapwater Productions will result in a 2 hour credit to the client.

4. Tapwater Productions is not responsible for the long term storage of any audio data from sessions. Clients are advised to bring a hard drive with them to collect any data they wish to preserve. Be aware this may take some time to transfer the files so leave plenty of time towards the end of a session for this process.
